2018 Darra Festival Registration

Welcome to the Darra Street Festival Stall registration page. Each year the festival hosts between 40-50 stalls on Railway Parade Darra. If you would like to nominate for a stall position please fill out the form below. This years event is on October 12th.

Please note that a registration does not guarantee a stall. We are space restricted and as such will aim to provide a wide variety of stalls to our patrons with no double ups. We usually respond to a request within 2 weeks of application. Please provide us with as much detail as possible about your stall. Please take note of the instructions below this form.

Stall Information

 

Verification

Size of each stall is 3m x 3m unless otherwise discussed and agreed with the Street Festival Coordinator.

Fees – not payable until acceptance of your position is confirmed

  • Non Profit or Community Organization Stalls $66 per spot (includes GST)
  • All other Stalls (including political organisations) $99 per spot (includes GST)

Payments

Please make all payments via Direct Deposit: BSB 064001 Account # 1022 9941 Name: Darra Community Group
Please use DSP “Stall Name” as a reference so we know who has paid. Receipts for direct deposits must be emailed to contact@darracommunitygroup.org.

Other 

Please note that due to cost pressures, stalls must provide their own marquees, lighting and power (where needed). All electrical power units and cords will require a current safety tag to be used at the event. Our electrician will check on all units prior to the start of the event and will be able to test and tag for a fee of $15 per item.

Any licensing requirements e.g. food licenses are the responsibility of the individual stalls.
